EDI Winter Camp
The August EDI Summer Camp was designed to ward off the September Scaries!
The SLS 360 EDI Winter Camp will be a 1 day event and a chance to review your work to date, talk with other leaders about how they approach their work, an d deal with any challenges and come away with a plan of action to spring board you into the new year!
This camp is for you if you are leading on EDI in some capacity and understand power of being part of community of leaders with a shared vision and a commitment to making a difference.
When & Where?
The EDI Winter Camp will be held on the 1st December 2023. Come along for an opportunity to connect, learn, listen, explore and plan or review your EDI work to date at your organisation and find answers to key questions you have around strategy, training, action planning, recruitment, mentoring, networks and more.

The day will be led by CEO and founder Sam Stimpson and an SLS 360 associate both with knowledge of a wide range of EDI topics and related skills.

Outcomes include:

Connect with and be part of a growing community of DEI leaders from a range of sectors.

Get clarity on key challenges, how to address them and lead the conversation on implementing change.

Leave with a plan of action and a roadmap of steps to take back in your organisation.

Review work completed to date and assess where you may need to course correct or are stuck

This camp is a LIVE event and will be held at the beautiful Lensbury Hotel in Teddington set in 25 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds on the banks of the River Thames. Participants have the option to stay overnight and have a mini break, kayak and row on the river and even use the spa!
