EDI is as simple as A B C...

Acceptance - Creating an environment where people feel accepted for who they are, the unique skills and experiences they bring without the need to conform or assimilate.

Belonging -  Ensuring everyone has a lived and felt experience of one of our basics needs to belong in an environment where they feel safe, respected and valued.

Connection - Providing opportunities for meaningful connection, to listen, share and build a sense of community.
