The I.D.E.A.L Network Membership
The I.D.E.A.L Network is a community for individuals and organisations leading on inclusion efforts. It facilitates learning, growth, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing by tackling challenges collaboratively. Through the network, members can deepen their knowledge and skills in a variety of areas.
What Does The I.D.E.A.L Network Entail?
Monthly Network Meeting: Monthly ​90 min networking meeting to discuss specific topics, or a chance for Q & A, not just a talking shop. There may be a chance to go onto breakout rooms if needed.​

Monthly Insight Session: ​90m - 2 hour session which entails expert talks, workshops and interactive training, panel discussions, guest speakers, learning labs or webinars.​
​
In-person Meet Ups: ​Twice a year, a chance to meet in person for half a day, either at a central location or regional (if numbers are big). Dates and venue agreed at the start. ​
​
Resources & Online Community: ​An online community which includes a resource library, toolkits, and social network platform for Q&A, as well as peer mentoring and valuable EDI consultancy on tap!​

Consultancy: An I.D.E.A.L Network 1:1 Activation Session.
