Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
SLS 360 is committed to ethical business practices and the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our operations. While we are a small business and not legally required to publish an annual statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we recognise the importance of transparency and responsibility in our supply chains and partnerships.

Our Commitment
We believe that everyone has the right to live and work in freedom and dignity. We do not tolerate any form of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking. This applies to all aspects of our business and to those we work with.

Our Principles
• We uphold human rights and ethical labour practices in all areas of our work.
• We expect the same standards from our partners, suppliers, collaborators and contractors.
• We are committed to being vigilant and proactive in identifying and addressing any risks of modern slavery within our sphere of influence.
Due Diligence and Risk Management
Although we do not operate in high-risk sectors or regions, we take a preventative approach by:
• Working only with trusted suppliers and collaborators who share our values and ethical standards.
• Ensuring that contracts and agreements with associates and partners include clear expectations regarding ethical conduct.
• Staying informed about the risks of modern slavery and seeking guidance where needed to strengthen our approach.
Training and Awareness
We commit to raising awareness of modern slavery issues within our organisation and across our networks. We will provide guidance and resources to staff and associates as needed to support ethical decision-making and vigilance.

Reporting Concerns
If any concerns arise regarding potential modern slavery or unethical practices within SLS 360’s work or supply chain, these can be raised confidentially by contacting info@sls360.org. All concerns will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

Review and Governance
This statement is reviewed annually and approved by the Founder & CEO. It forms part of our wider commitment to ethical, inclusive and values-led practice.
