Anti-Racism Statement
SLS 360 stands unapologetically against racism in all its forms - structural, institutional, interpersonal and internalised. Anti-racism is not a trend or a tick-box exercise for us. It is a core tenet of who we are, how we lead, and the change we demand.

We recognise that racism is deeply rooted in society and continues to shape access to opportunity, representation, safety and justice. We also acknowledge that silence, neutrality or performative gestures are not enough.

Our Commitment
We are committed to actively disrupting racism wherever it shows up. This includes:
• Challenging the systemic inequities embedded in education, the arts, healthcare, workplaces and leadership.
• Naming and dismantling white supremacy culture, including perfectionism, urgency, defensiveness, and power hoarding, in organisational systems and behaviours.
• Creating spaces where people from the Global Majority are not just included, but centred, valued and able to thrive.
• Supporting individuals and organisations to do the inner and outer work required to become anti-racist in practice, not just principle.
Accountability in Action
Our work is grounded in lived experience, professional expertise and a deep understanding of the historical and contemporary realities of racism. We commit to:
• Continually interrogating our own practices and assumptions as a Black-led business.
• Ensuring our training, consultancy and leadership programmes equip others with the tools to build anti-racist cultures.
• Collaborating only with partners who are willing to challenge inequality and move beyond surface-level commitments.
Solidarity and Justice
We stand in solidarity with Black people, Indigenous people, and people of colour from the global majority who face ongoing racial injustice. We also acknowledge and affirm the diversity of Black experiences across gender, class, disability, neurodivergence, and sexuality and commit to intersectional practice.
This statement is not a final word. It is a living commitment and we invite those who work with us to join us in our commitment to dismantling racism for a better world.
