At SLS 360, equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are not add-ons — they are integral to who we are and how we work. We are a values-led consultancy committed to transforming cultures and creating environments where people feel seen, heard and valued.


Our Mission and Identity

Founded in 2021, SLS 360 is rooted in over 20 years of experience in the cultural arts and music education sectors. We support individuals and organisations to embed inclusive practice through coaching, consultancy and courageous conversations. Our work is guided by our unique SLS 360 Framework® and driven by our belief that inclusion must be bold, brave and values-led.
