What is the  basis for collecting and processing data?

GMMH is committed to making tangible change and working towards fostering an environment that is accessible, inclusive and equitable. Diversity monitoring is key in their steps to becoming more inclusive and representative and collecting this data is a powerful tool, allowing them to draw meaningful information to work from. Data from this survey is intended to:

  • Inform GMMH about employees (contracted & freelance) attitudes and experiences regarding their role with their Music Service

  • Assist in the development and evaluation of policies and procedures to better support employees

  • Raise awareness and inform changes to support and improve a culture of belonging

Participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous, you will not be asked to provide your name or any other sensitive personal information.

What will happen to the data?

Once the survey data has been analysed, a report will be created for GMMH who will share as they see fit.

The raw anonymised dataset containing answers to the survey questions, will be available only to the research team at SLS 360 and will be stored securely for no longer than 12 months after which it will be permanently deleted from our files. 

  • SLS 360 will keep all personal data and responses in strict confidence in accordance
