Training & Workshops
We deliver interactive training and workshops on a variety of fundamental and sensitive topics to increase awareness, understanding and engagement with key ED&I issues.
Sessions can be 1 or 2 hours, half a day or full days and are delivered face to face or online. All of our workshops & training sessions can be tailored to suit your needs, audience and requirements for your particular industry or sector.
We also deliver courses for Diversity & Inclusion leaders to support and empower purpose driven key individuals and support them in driving the work of your organisation forward.
Consultation
We all need support from time to time and when it comes to ED&I often clients are unsure where to start, how they are doing or just need some advice as to where to go next.
We listen to your needs, find out about you and your organisation and create a bespoke package of support over an agreed amount of time. Our most successful consultancy service uses the SLS 360 Framework (TM) which is designed to help you go from problem to solution at a pace which suits you.
